PLANNING CHECKLIST

Book 2–3 weeks ahead. Weekend dates fill fast in peak season (Dec, Apr, Jun–Jul). Lock your date in the order form to hold capacity.
Order ~15–20% over your guest count. A wedding day runs long; better to return ice than run out at the bar.
Bin in the bar tent, bags in the kitchen. Bartenders use the bin; caterers use loose bags for keeping platters & champagne cold.
Delivery window. Tell us the load-in time in the notes — we deliver in your window, not the night before.

Orders over $50,000 get free delivery and waive the weekend bin surcharge — common on full wedding packages.
